Can the Mids beat BC Eagles? Tune in on 12/30

#23 ranked Boston College Accepts Bid to 2006 Meineke Car Care Bowl Charlotte, N.C. ­

The Boston College Eagles, ranked #23 in both the AP and USA Today polls, have accepted a bid to play in the 2006 Meineke CarCare Bowl, it was announced today by bowl officials.

The Eagles (9-3) willface the United States Naval Academy (9-3).

The 2006 Meineke Car Care Bowl will take place on Saturday, December 30,at 1:00 p.m. and will be televised nationally on ESPN.

The game is played atBank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C.
